Fail to save Player Data

I have problem.

All back. But store is empty. I don't have mint seed in adventure slote.

I don't have all in promoted slot. I don't have seeds in special slot.

How to fix? 

Press the spanner,then help and report it as missing content.

@IlidanDA   Just a quick question, have you re-installed the game in the last 2 days? 

If you have then this is normal because after each installation or re-installation, you are being classed as a new player for 2 days, during this period, you will only receive new starter's offers which I think that is what you are showing. 

The store offers will be back to normal after 2 days.

Yes.  Today. I lost my all progress today and I instal game again. 

 

So... Is Store back to normal? 

 

I back my progress because EA fixed my progress. My store don't show all. 

 

But Why don't show me seeds for mints? Is normal? Please Tell me more about this. Why store reset? 

Each time the game is installed, the system marks the player as a new starter for 2 days.

During this time, only starter's offers are available from the store, this is by design and it is expected.  Seeds for Mints and a variety of special offers are NOT available to new starters, not sure why the devs decided starters should have limited offers but I guess this was to stop players taking advantage on 'free' in game resources in the past. 

The store will be back to normal after 2 days with all the offers you had seen before the re-installation. 

All is Good. Back to normal. After one Day. 

My audio was bugging out so I tried to reinstall the game and now when ai press the google play button it doesn't show any accounts to go on.  If anyone could please tell me how to fix this I would appreciate it.

Hello, i am here to ask how to get my PVZ2 progress back. IDK if i had an account on it or not, it never let me log in. but I just don't want to lose DAYS of progress and real money that was spent. i had 180 gems a complete story mode like 5 seed packet plants and 100,000 coins. i just want to AT LEAST get my progress/plants, currentsy money, and levels back...

the reason is due to uninstall and reinstall

Open your game then press the spanner and go to download preferences.This will give your ID,take a screenshot.You will need this to retrieve your account.Then press help.This will take you to a form to fill in .Go under the header of missing content and don’t forget to include the screenshot of your ID.A case will be created and EA will get back to you via email.It may take a while.
