Far Future - Day 25

Shouldn't there be a reward after defeating Dr. Zomboss in the Travel Log, not just the trophy? Because I didn't get anything. There should be a seed packets for all the Plants in that World. And whe...

    You will need to select the game platform (Android or IOS)

    Then Click  Contact Us and follow the on screen instructions

    I attach an example I use to open a missing content case with  my iphone, hope this helps.

    Edit:  Once a case is open, the advisor will review your case and if they consider your claim is valid they will add the missing rewards (seed packages/gems/coins) back to your account or profile.

Then this is the first time I have seen this report, a quick question please, do you get any of the quests or offers for trying out premium plants on the World tap?

@eieio_31310Yes, there is something like that, though I'm not sure if it's there at the start. I've tried playing them to see if there are Quests stuck, but there isn't any. And regarding the rewards for successfully beating them, I can't recall if it was seed packets or just bag of coins.

    Ok, this is my theory of what might have happened.  

    Normally the world quest is triggered by completion of quest or certain world levels but sometimes the syncing process is not successful and resulting no new quests available in the travel log.  (like an example go the World tap of the travel log below, one with quests available and one without).  If you then playe and beat that level without first checking (and getting) the travel log to update correctly, the reward will not be available.

    If you suspect this indeed had happened, you can open a MISSING CONTENT case to claim the missing rewards by clicking the HELP CENTER link at the bottom of this page.  You will be required to provide the help advisor with your player ID so it might be good time to take a screenshot of that too for safe keeping but please remember not to post this on the open forum.

      @eieio_31310 Can you assist me as to what should I send, where to fill up those infos and Player ID? And if I did send this, would they fix it and give that reward?
