Finding/ purchasing Mint family in the store

Hi- I’ve had to access the store using no connectivity because of a game bug. I am not that familiar with the store layout following the last big update. I don’t see where to use mints to purchase an...

This month the featured Powermint is Appease-mint. If you don't have Appease-mint yet you can buy it for 100 mints in the plant tab. In case you already have Appease-mint there is an offer to level up Appease-mint in the Pinata tab.
That being said, the offer will not show up in the store for 'new players'. If you currently (re)installed the game you'll have to wait for two days until the offer shows up.
I don't know what bug you mean but if you are referring to the "restore purchases bug" here is a workaround that should let you access the store:
Before you attempt to enter the store, switch your device to flight mode before doing so to avoid triggering the inescapable restore purchases loop. Once you're in that loop you can't terminate it besides force closing your game - it's an Apple process which ping's Apple's purchase servers. Once you're successfully loaded into the store you can turn off flight mode.

Thank you for the bug tip. EA should have long since fixed this. Their support has been useless and doesn’t even acknowledge the bug.

I don’t see where to access mints or mint piñatas in the store at all. Nothing shows up.
