"Free Premium" stuff
I wonder, why do I need to pay for new plants and upgrades? Why not just do the same as PvZ 1 and buy things with the game money? That's what is making me a bit... mad. And some "direct upgrades" are...

@FelipeGames2000 Your post makes me confused....squash, japapeno, hypno, fire peashooter, peanut, lava guava are all for gems anyway. Where the heck do you get the cost in money from? Also where did you get all those varying gem counts? All the gemiums as we said all cost 100 gems, where did the 109 and all those weird numbers come from? And as linux said, dev need money to survive and make a living. I have not bought any plants with cash and don't feel like the game is affecting in many ways..
If you want to get some "free" in game credit and you have an Android device you can do google opinion rewards surveys, they don't pay much but they add up to a couple of premium plants a year.
