Game constantly crashes after new update, will not open...Help!

So....game crashed AGAIN!! after new update yesterday! This happened a month ago and I lost EVERYTHING after playing the game for years......$, gems, coins. plants, leveling up, pinatas, epic quest p...

The same thing happened to me with this new update.  I pulled up the app manager, swiped the game away, then restarted.  That fixed it.  It might take a few tries or even restarting your device.

To pull up the app manager on iOS double tap the Home button.

I couldn't get this to work for me, but maybe I'm not following your directions correctly.
