Game Crashes
The app is constantly crashing. I cant complete daily quests or adventure levels and I am on level 28 of the beach world. I have spent countless hours and unlocked several plants with gems. The game ...
@t2Noy Thank you for the detailed explanation of the problem you have experienced. Turning off WiFi (and internet data) not only stops the communication link to the server to update the progress but also stops the forced ads. I have had experience of issues with my very old iPhone (5s) and since the 10.x update whenever I get a forced ads the App halted and the only way for me to bring it back to normal operation is to terminate and re-start the App.
My suspicion is on the badly patched ads which might have interfered with the server data update and causes the unexpected crash, EA should have made PopCap to do more play-tests to maintain program integrity before releasing new changes to players.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I wonder now if this problem is platform or device specific? Going through so many post, it seems not everyone is having this problem. What should we do then? I hope EA comes up with a solution ASAP. It is becoming obnoxious. Well, yes i can't let go - got myself addicted to this game, what a pity. LOL!!!

4. Free storage memory available
I ask for these details because I have been using a number of iPhones with different versions of IOS and they all seemed to work ok except my oldest iPone 5s which no longer able to handle the ads since 10.0.x update but even then Arena and Penny's quests are still running without crashing.

Though my device is not so old I sometimes feel it is not so competitive, Browsing through some game apps i get messages like "your device is not compatible". What a shame. Maybe the issue with game crashes is compatibility. Even though, EA must create programs to cater to millions of users of varying platforms. Right?
I've been having the same problem. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. I got my data back but my purchases, unlocked items, and coins were gone. I've linked it to Google, I've put in my ID, I've registered my email etc. It's frustrating to have lost so much.
sooooo... is EA actually DOING anything about this crashing problem? the current update is unstable and making the 3 unplayable for anyone on a samsung, at the very least.
They won't even respond to my help request. Has anyone received a response from then?
I also made a ticket to EA Help. They do respond: 'We have technical issues with helping you and please come back after 24 hours' (see appendix). So I reopened the ticket a couple of times to no avail. But I will keep trying until they come with a fix.
Identity Saving somehow succeeded today, so I can play the game now. It still crashes from time to time though.
I'm using Pixel 6 with the latest Android OS.
