When you lost your progress from your last phone were you signed up to EA's email registration scheme or have your original player id number saved somewhere?
If the answer is yes to either of those questions then you might be able to recover your lost profile.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM erm I'm not sure if I did thats the annoying thing however the plants I bought with money have been saved so figure that 🙈🙈
