Game freezes on tablet, uses android. Game has been freezing at load screen

HI my game has been freezeing on the load screen...Once the game finally comes on runs fine until a new screen has to upload...Ive spent some dollars on this game and wished i could play instead of resetting try it reset again try it until it finally works..Ive spent more time trying to play than i actually get to play. Any other ideas...tried unistall and and reinstall also
