Ive decided to play PVZ GW2 after a few years and out of no where when i log in to my EA on pc i am missing 75% of everything skins charecters my dlcs everything. Im really backed into a corner considering ive been playing this game since i was 8 and im not sure what to do. ive checked my account and everything is solid. HELP please.
Community ManagerHey El_GAM3R1 , are you using the same EA account? If it's been a few years, make sure that you don't have other accounts with the game, a lot of times players are just connected on the wrong account and think their content is missing. For example if you have purchased DLCs do they appear in your transaction history?
If you are sure you're using the same account, try to clear EA app's cache to see if that helps (click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache).
