Garden Warfare 2 - Won’t Launch Past Intro XBox One

Someone help! I’ve tried support through Xbox and EA. GW2 won’t go past intro screen on Xbox one. I have tried reinstalling the game, connecting the Xbox directly to the internet box, mobile hot spot...

Hi @jenniferpark711 ,

Have you tried unplugging your console for a couple of minutes to do a powercycle, and to clear the console's Mac address?  From the Xbox dashboard select Settings>All Settings>Network>Network Settings>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC address>Clear, then restart your Xbox.
