I have reached the 7th reward for Ghost Pepper Boosterama 2 times already. Both times PVZ2 has awarded only 4 premium pinatas instead of the promised 8 pinatas. I am already going back and forth with EA Help over this. They offered me 100,000 coins for my missing pinatas but said nothing about fixing the problem of them screwing me over in the future on the 7th reward. I don't want 100k coins, I want to play for the increased pinatas. It is clearly marked in the rewards chart 8 premium pinatas. Yet both times the reward window shows premium pinata x4 and that is all I have gotten. What the heck is wrong?

Go to EA help and fill out a bug report and a missing content report, would you? We need to swamp them on this. I've been in touch with them 8 times over the past 2 days and they're passing the buck. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll get them message. But you have to click the EZ Help button and fill out a report that way. As Magic said, this is a user forum. No guarantee EA will read this.

I have raised a bug about this as well. I also raised a missing content and managed to get some of my seeds back. But now EA is unwilling to give the other 150 seeds (15 pinatas) that I am entitled to. The customer service in the beginning was great. Now for my recent 3 7th win streaks, they are not willing to give me the seeds. I have even provided screenshots and the last few customer service reps (Kushlata, Aman and Sanjeev) have been questioning whether I have problems with my phone and gave me trouble shooting instructions, asking for screenshots which I have now done and the last one have told me that the 7th win streak is only giving out 5 pinatas. But according to you guys, the problem is DEFINITELY NOT ME. But it is the game. What a huge FAT JOKE! Electronic Arts should make their customer service reps play the game because really they know nothing. And for the guys that are or have been paying money, I feel bad for you for spending money on Seeds that should be given out for free! Seriously they should admit their mistakes. This is a good way to lose customers. I need to reconsider not playing this game again.

Well the interesting thing is that even my bug report was closed without the bug being resolved. All I can say is that the initial advisors were good because they provided the missing seeds but the rest of them suck because all they do is keep giving out excuses. That is not how advisors should work.But seriously the developers should be resolving this issue. I don't understand why they can't just pull down the servers for 10 mins to deploy the patch and be done with it. This issue is seriously pissing me off in addition to the recent ads. If EA don't want to give us the seeds, then change the battle to Ghost pepper instead of ghost pepper boosterama. Change the 7th win streak back to 5 then I have no problem. But since they didn't do this, this is false advertisement and is misleading.

BTW @linuxPigPen , all of my cases for the ghost pepper boost have been closed and changed to resolved. Not my doing. And I too have also replied to every response that I got.

Clearly there is something wrong somewhere as you are not the only player to complain about this but i think you should take the 100,000 coins as since the old streak system with up to x10 multiplyer was replaced with miserly seasons coins are in short supply.

Now that you mention it...my 7th reward streak last night was 10 pinatas but for my life, i can't remember how many they gave me... I will need to check it again... Is it bad that i just assume they will give me the right number 😞

I played a few round late last night and have to be honest I just mindlessly collected the rewards not checking whether the amount given was correct or not, will keep an eye out on this tomorrow and thanks for sharing your findings.

Ok, so it seems EA's dev team either have forgotten to turn on the rewards multiplier or there has been a snEAky budget cut.... 👿
If it is the prior, we should be getting the rewards back by claiming it from missing contents but if it were the later, then they may just need to change the rewards menu on next update.
I am hoping it is prior but would not hold my breaths....... 👿

At the 7th step of the Arena streak it was supposed to give 10 premium packages but due to a glitch it gives only 5. Can you please fix the problem? Thanks.

This isn't EA HELP but a public forum for pvz2, EA are aware of the problem as at least one other player has already reported it, there is no guarantee they will read your post unless you tap EA HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and fill out a complaint.

I assumed the same thing but when I played today sure enough it said x10 but I only received x5. I reported it as a bug so I guess we all just wait and see. Hopefully they'll give us all something special as I'm sure there's lots of people playing out there that tapped real quick like I do and didn't notice that it was shorting us our pinatas.

I had dropped down to Silver League so I could play multiple times for the reward. In Silver League the award is 8 but just an hour ago I won the 7th award using my free play. And yup they only awarded 4 pinatas again. EA help is trying to tell me its my problem becsuse of network lag. I call BS. The pinata image that appeared had 'x4' next to it and only 4 pinatas were awarded. It is clearly an airhead problem of the EA tornament director.

Ah, EA Help's first response is to always 'pass the buck' in hopes you will go away so just be persistent.
