After 5 completed win streaks, 5 were rewarded to me instead of 10 each time

This isn't a website, it's a forum for pvz2, if you want to submit a proper bug report go to the bottom of this page and tap EA HELP CENTER and follow the instructions.

I could not submit a bug report without registering to EA.

I have raised a bug about this as well. I also raised a missing content and managed to get some of my seeds back. But now EA is unwilling to give the other 150 seeds (15 pinatas) that I am entitled to. The customer service in the beginning was great. Now for my recent 3 7th win streaks, they are not willing to give me the seeds. I have even provided screenshots and the last few customer service reps (Kushlata, Aman and Sanjeev) have been questioning whether I have problems with my phone and gave me trouble shooting instructions, asking for screenshots which I have now done and the last one have told me that the 7th win streak is only giving out 5 pinatas. But according to you guys, the problem is DEFINITELY NOT ME. But it is the game. What a huge FAT JOKE! Electronic Arts should make their customer service reps play the game because really they know nothing. And for the guys that are or have been paying money, I feel bad for you for spending money on Seeds that should be given out for free! Seriously they should admit their mistakes. This is a good way to lose customers. I need to reconsider not playing this game again.

Go to EA help and fill out a bug report and a missing content report, would you? We need to swamp them on this. I've been in touch with them 8 times over the past 2 days and they're passing the buck. Maybe if enough people complain, they'll get them message. But you have to click the EZ Help button and fill out a report that way. As Magic said, this is a user forum. No guarantee EA will read this.
