Well the interesting thing is that even my bug report was closed without the bug being resolved. All I can say is that the initial advisors were good because they provided the missing seeds but the rest of them suck because all they do is keep giving out excuses. That is not how advisors should work.
But seriously the developers should be resolving this issue. I don't understand why they can't just pull down the servers for 10 mins to deploy the patch and be done with it. This issue is seriously pissing me off in addition to the recent ads. If EA don't want to give us the seeds, then change the battle to Ghost pepper instead of ghost pepper boosterama. Change the 7th win streak back to 5 then I have no problem. But since they didn't do this, this is false advertisement and is misleading.

I have been dealing with 7 different 'help' assistants. I have made over 40 contacts with EA and have gotten nothing bsck from them but grief. But just an hour ago I got a response from Himachal where he said many people had complained and that EA was trying to figure out how to compensate players and fix the issue. Tell you what, I am going to need about 320 seed packets to compensate for what I should have won so far. Should also be compensated for the times I didn't play because I chose to save my gems instead of squandering them on this BS. THINK I should be compensated for being a valuable and persistent customer also. 🙂

I TOTALLY AGREE linux pig pen! And yes it needed to be shouted. I too am questioning whether I should be playing up to the 7th win streak. But I want the mints and I don't want to purposely lose and I want to climb up the league table. I want my other 200 seeds. I have messaged a moderator and see whether I get any response. Going to see whether there is a complaints section. I am also wandering whether they will just brush this under the carpet considering this battle is going to end in a few hours.

Couple heads ups:- When you visit our Help site and choose the category "Report a bug" your case will be immediately closed because it will not provide a response. This definitely helps the team track how many reports they're getting and provides them immediate access to the account information from those affected.
- Legal talk will be removed from the AHQ as it is against the posting Rules & Guidelines.
- Don't make legal threats. The forums aren't the ideal place for legal discussions and posts including legal chat will be removed.
We'll get some traction around this ASAP and I'll update you as soon we find out more on it. Seems pretty self-explanatory what's happening here, but if we need to gather any account information from those affected by this I'll let you know right away. 👍
