I TOTALLY AGREE linux pig pen! And yes it needed to be shouted. I too am questioning whether I should be playing up to the 7th win streak. But I want the mints and I don't want to purposely lose and I want to climb up the league table. I want my other 200 seeds. I have messaged a moderator and see whether I get any response. Going to see whether there is a complaints section. I am also wandering whether they will just brush this under the carpet considering this battle is going to end in a few hours.
I love how determine both of you are...for me, I am just grateful there are still some pinatas...I mean it could be worst, as in 0 pinatas being awarded... o.o

Now they are saying the developers are trying to resolve the issue... on the last few hours... nice one EA non-support!
@Perfume-shroom92Trying to get justice for everyone. All the players should be compensated with 100 gems for the inconvenience caused by the developers. If there was no bug the following would not happen
1. We wouldn't have had to email support to claim back the missing seeds for every 7th win streak we win.
2. EA Support advisors would not have so many support tickets.
3. We wouldn't be frustrated with some of the response we got from the EA support. (I still truly think that some of them should be trained properly and be made to play the game. Even if the support center have just been outsourced).
4. The EA support advisors would not be pissed off at us because of the amount of cases they have to work.
Seriously EA need to reconsider their developers and testers. I work in IT so I know.

The website now have technical issues and need fixing as well, maybe it too needs IT helps? 👿

Well yeah. Things could always be worse. But I'm not a real fan of bait and switch marketing. This is no less than theft by deception because we commit our resources and they have made an implied contract for value. I can whoop out the lawyer speak when i get peeved. Personally I could not be grateful for 'anythimg at all'. Been ripped off too often in life to take it lying down any more.

@linuxPigPen [Removed - CM] I want to know whether this is false advertisement and can we go to some kind of consumer protection to get our rights protected. I am now owed 250 seeds.
- linuxPigPen6 years agoSeasoned Ace@Perfume-shroom92 On the login screen when you first open PVZ2 you will see your name above the PLAY button. Click on your name and a change profile box appears. Just click on the pencil next to your name and you can then edit your name.
- 6 years ago@linuxPigPen I did....its changed in my account from my side when i view it. But its not changed once i get out of it....maybe everything in EA is broken...or something...
