Google Play doesn't restore game progress, only trophies

see attached screenshots, I log in with Google play and it starts me from the beginning of the game, but shows trophies so it's the right account. I wiped storage in Android settings and tried again,...

currency isn't restored either, trophies are the only thing that show up

Hi @McFuggin i would recommend reaching out to our support to look into the account further,via the in-game help option in settings.

        @McFuggin we are happy to take bug reports and share what players are seeing on AHQ to our various teams. However, to be clear we are unable to restore progress on AHQ.
