Please check what game have you entered when you install the game?
The button will not be available if you have entered your age as a child. this is done on purpose as some countries do not allow game companies to collect children's email addresses.

I think this was a cry out for help from a kid.
Kids are normally influenced by their parents and the education they received, I am not sure whether this was the way how he/she was brought up or it is because the difference in local culture but the lack of elegance and manners when asking for help might not be entirely their fault and (I guess) I have a soft spot for helping kid players who are in need of assistance.
It is usually the arrogant adults who I would tell them where to go. 👿
