Google play to iPhone?

Yes.  The easiest way is to register your email on your old device (Android) to link it to your PVZ2 account.  Once this is done, install the game on the new device (iPhone) and register this with the same email address, you will then be given a code to verify you are the owner of your old account, once this is successful, you will be given a choice to select to load your old game progress onto the iPhone, please do ensure to chose the correct one (the one with your acquired in game resources and with the same original player ID) because if you have chosen to start with a new ID then you will NOT be able to go back to your previous one on both of your devices once they are synced with the server.
