I don't understand why it keep redirecting me here, who I contact about my problem in Plants vs zombie 2 ??

You keep on being redirected here because it's cheaper than paying support staff.
I'm in the UK and my options are a beta version of livechat (probably an ai) or contacting them by email.
Some options won't get a response, such as reporting bugs.
Sadly, PVZ2 isn't as profitable as it used to be and EA has probably cut back on support staff and training.
You have just reminded me that EA still owes me 300 seeds, and i will have to fill out another complaint.
