Help, I lost my account

Help, I lost my account that was connected to my EA account. When I got my new phone (iOS), I downloaded the game, and played trough the tutorial, then I went to the register account page, put in my e-mail, it recognised it but it didn't offer me the page that allows to choose between accounts. I don't have the Player ID, but as I said it was linked to my EA account, Game Center also has old achievements and I have receipts for old in-app purchases too, but even with all that, EA support was absolutely unhelpful, only asking for the Player ID after I said dozen times, that I don't have it. Is there a way to get the Player ID from the purchases or Game Center back or maybe the EA account?
