[Help] Lost of pvsz2 progress

Question

I lost my pvsz2 progress after reinstall. I was playing Arena and when I finished the game, I can't continue cause it said there is a new updates, checked my play store nothing to update. SInce I can't continue play Arena, I chose to uninstall and reinstall. However, when everything is done, it left with user Dave... Nothing else.. Please help T_________T

Press the spanner in the game and then go to the help section and fill out the form.you will also need your player I D which you will find in download preferences , it’s the only way to get back your progress. It creates a case for you and EA will reply to you via email
