Help: Multiplying bug
I would like to report a multiplying bug: Before I updated the app, I deleted first the resources so that I could free some space...then after the update I launched the game and noticed that my resou...
@0pt29uyq7mjw Hi, as a user who experienced this bug, and wrote the link @PowerToss posted, I wanted to ask you:
Have your resources have stopped multiplying?
Have any of your resources have been displayed as 0 after reaching 1.5 or 2 billion?
If your answer to either one of my questions is 'No', then contact EA support and file a case under 'Missing Content'. It worked for me.

It stopped multiplying, I spend some resources then after exiting and again launching the game again it replenishes what I have spent...
It only dispays 0 when i receive a specifoc resource, for example I recieved gold...my gold will become 0.
@0pt29uyq7mjw Then I recommend you contact EA since your data is in danger of being corrupted.
Too late, you will have to tap EA HELP at the bottom of the page to get them to remove the bug and reset your resources levels to what they should be.
@MAGICDAVESHROOM Not supporting hacking, but just wondering if it would be wise to take matters into your own hands and just hack your resource count to bring it back to original levels.
Edit: I in no way support hacking. I have played this game honestly ever since it was released.
The thing about the multiplication bug is that some players forced it to happen on their account by deleting the files "snapshot1.dat" and "snapshot2.dat" in the com.ea.game.pvz2 _row/files/No Backup folder. Deleting those two files will cause your resources to double when you open the game.
Some players who use VPN have had trouble with the multiplication bug because those files won't be downloaded ('potential virus'). Other players had a cleaner app on their device that would delete those files.
I would never touch or manually delete any file because you can easily corrupt your account.
