Your problem can only be solved with the help from the Help Center advisor, if the help option is not available (maybe no staff is on duty?) I suggest you wait and try again later.
Try the email registration scheme (assuming that you signed up for it).
If that didn't work, then you need to try the Restore my mobile game option and there should be a livechat operator available to help.
Please note that options vary from region to region, but there should be a way of contacting EA directly either by livechat or email.

I already signed up for it. It just shows that im already registered with EA. Do i need to re-register?
I also tried the Restore my mobile game option and did it so many times already… still no live chat option showed up.
I also sent an email to EA help yesterday but still didn’t get a response from them.I’m still hoping that i will get a live chat option soon. So, im just waiting and checking EA help and my email every now and then.
i will update you again if i get a response… hopefully soon.

As you already signed up (being a wise, intelligent player), then you don't have to re-register to use it.
They will send a unique code to the email address that you gave them (make certain that the email address doesn't have a blank space after it, this happens if you use autofil).
Once you input the code, you should get your account back from the last save point.
