There should be options for livechat and/or email at EA HELP.
Have you tried the email registration scheme as yo said that you signed up for it.
Tap on the cloud at the bottom left of the loading screen.
Then tap on the register email address button.
Enter the email address that you used to set up the scheme, making sure that there isn't a space after it if you used autofil.
Remove the keypad by tapping the down button.
Tap continue.
Enter the code sent to your email address and you should get your account back.

Obviously i input my email address and the button turns purple.
Great news! My game was recovered & restored! I was able to chat with an EA Advisor just now so i informed them about my problem and it was resolved.
Thank you! @MAGICDAVESHROOM and @eieio_31310 for the advice, patience, and help during the time I couldn’t contact an EA advisor because there was no chat button available.
