Help request stuck in a loop

Hello- I see the already useless help got worse in the past year. Now I get a bot email telling me I have to take the useless step of resuming my new case. Except hitting that button does nothing. It just loops. 

any advice? Does this company that takes a lot of our money truly have no chat?

  • I think the help options are (Chat and/or email) only showing up when an advisor is available, and this will be different from regions.  I am in UK and just have a check on the Help Topic "I need help recovering my mobile game" and the chat option is available.
