You'll have to reinstall the game to change your age. Make a screenshot of your player ID first. EA can restore your account with that player ID in case anything goes wrong.
Just to add that if you do a re-installation, your shop offers will be appearing different for a couple of days because you are being seen as a new player so make sure to do this at a time when you are not going to be missing out the power mint(s) and seed offers.
