How do i load in a save from an origin account.

My Pvz 2 app was deleted, and i lost my progress. But i backed it up to an EA account. I just need some guidance on how to access that save and load it in.

I'll try to help. EA account, not Google Play ?
Do you have the EA account information ? Your Player ID # ?
Re-install PvZ2 and use the Force Sync icon in the bottom left corner
If that icon is not there then contact EA Help Center for assistance
If you have your player i.d. number handy then tap on EA HELP CENTER (below) and they will restore your old profile without fuss.
If you don't have your player i.d. number then you'll have to keep on at them to look up your details to restore your deleted profile.
sadly i dont have my player id, but how can i get them to to look up my details?
what can i provide?
