How do I po

Ads are not working correctly.  Every time I click on an ad to watch, it takes me to a blank screen and I have to quit the game and restart it to get back to it.  It used to happen every once in a while, but now it happens every time I try to get the diamonds or gauntlets or coins.

I’m running 12” iPad Pro with latest IOS.  All PvZ2 updates have been downloaded and installed and yes, I have an internet connection.
