how do I talk with an EA advisor

how do I talk with an EA advisor?

I've lost progress in the game. I opened the question earlier. EA is ignoring me. I was going to write a negative review. I am physically disabled. And I think it's discrimination.

On no page do they show me how to open a chat with a company representative or write to EA advisor (this is what I was advised in the response from the e-mail that was specified in Google Play). This is the only e-mail address I have found. There is also no way to contact the company's representatives on EA's help sites and in the answers in the community, there is not a single email address. The communication method specified in your response in the response in the branch from 2016 no longer works (the link simply redirects back to the help ea portal).

Please visit https://help.ea.com/ click 'Talk To A Game Advisor' so that we may help you with your specific issue.

That's just the 'Talk To A Game Advisor' button is nowhere to be found!

EA is the most terrible and inhumane company. I've spent many days trying to reach them, but it's no use. And only this company has such games that freeze and lose progress. But they don't want to help. I can only write all this on all social networks to draw attention to EA's intolerant attitude towards people with disabilities!

I have already spent several hard days trying to solve this or get help from the company. I really ask you to help!

    Apologies for the delay, can you try selecting the option

    "I need help recovering my mobile game" instead of "I need help restoring my progress in my game"

    Also, you can reach the help site in-game by selecting the wrench icon > Help > "I need help recovering my mobile game"

    Check that option to see if you can see an email or chat option.

  • Thank you, but you are giving an answer in which there is no solution to the question. I have done as you recommend many times. On the PVZ 2 page, even if I am logged in, there is still no button to "Talk to EA Advisor." There is no information at all except for the link here where I am writing to you. It's a vicious circle. Who do I need to tell my e-mail and player ID to? How do I contact EA Advisor?

  • Here is a screenshot of the page you sent me. I read it as soon as it happened. And no matter how I clean the cache, no matter how I go in, even incognito, there are still no buttons on it that are shown in the illustration. There are no "Write to us by e-mail" buttons and "Start a chat with us" buttons. There is only a link "Answers HQ" (where I am writing to you). Compare the two screenshots. I repeat my question: to whom should I write my e-mail from Google Play account and Player ID? ( So that my progress is restored ) How do I contact EA Advisor? How do I start a chat with EA? Why am I being sent around to this forum and sent here again on the forum?

  • Additionally: how other users solve a similar problem and how they respond to me. When I asked: and where can I find the button "Talk to EA advisor?", I received the same letter again.

    On Twitter, a bot generally responds to messages. But when asked "I need help restoring progress in the game "Plants vs Zombies 2", he is silent
