how do I talk with an EA advisor?
I've lost progress in the game. I opened the question earlier. EA is ignoring me. I was going to write a negative review. I am physically disabled. And I think it's discrimination.
On no page do they show me how to open a chat with a company representative or write to EA advisor (this is what I was advised in the response from the e-mail that was specified in Google Play). This is the only e-mail address I have found. There is also no way to contact the company's representatives on EA's help sites and in the answers in the community, there is not a single email address. The communication method specified in your response in the response in the branch from 2016 no longer works (the link simply redirects back to the help ea portal).

That's just the 'Talk To A Game Advisor' button is nowhere to be found!
EA is the most terrible and inhumane company. I've spent many days trying to reach them, but it's no use. And only this company has such games that freeze and lose progress. But they don't want to help. I can only write all this on all social networks to draw attention to EA's intolerant attitude towards people with disabilities!
I have already spent several hard days trying to solve this or get help from the company. I really ask you to help!
Apologies for the delay, can you try selecting the option
"I need help recovering my mobile game" instead of "I need help restoring my progress in my game"
Also, you can reach the help site in-game by selecting the wrench icon > Help > "I need help recovering my mobile game"
Check that option to see if you can see an email or chat option.
