How do you redeem a code in PVZ2

Not sure I fully understood the question, are you trying to buy items from the store or recovering your old account via the email register?

I got a code from the ea support for my account and they told me to open the app and enter the code and what I’m trying to find out is where do I enter the code it says it’s a PVZ2 security code
