how to beat dr. zomboss in penny's pursuit

In Penny's Pursuit, I can never seem to beat Dr. Zomboss. Okay, technically I already got starfruit, but I still want to beat him, just to say I have. Any tips? DON'T CALL ME A NOOB. THAT FIGHT IS OU...
