How to change registered email in PvZ 2 Cloud Save

Hey guys

I wanted to know if there is a way you can change the email address of the EA Account you decided to register with to save your progress on Pvz 2, I tried contacting support but all topics there aren't related to my issue, I recently got a new email and I hope I can change the email address to my new email address to avoid losing 2 years of progress...

EDIT: Or if there is a way I can properly explain my issue to the support instead of making a whole confusion with them, that will work fine too

    I've been read your topic about transferring your progress to an new account.

    Anyway, before we begin, Are you trying to transfer your progress via EA Registration, ICloud or Google Play Games?

    If you tap the three bars at the top right of the screen to go into your EA account you can change your email address from personal/settings OR the EA account menus.

    You have to be signed in first and i do not know if this changes the EA registration game email or not.

    You could change your email address then try using the email registration scheme to confirm any changes, just make sure you have your player id screenshotted first.

    @MAGICDAVESHROOM I have my player id screenshotted and stored in my G Drive so that isn't an issue, will try what you recommended, thanks 🙂

    Greetings @ProPvzChad,

    Since you want to transfer your progress via EA Registration with a different accounts, It is important to take note of your Player's ID and the history of your purchases. As we know that it isn't easily to transfer your progress between 2 accounts. It isn't easy to transfer your progress via EA Registration because; 1.) We cannot remove the account that was registered already to EA Registration unless you clear the data or you uninstall the application. 2.) Once you forgot your Player's ID, You can't able to transfer your progress to an new account. 3.) If you didn't follow the procedures step by step. There is an tendency to your progress gonna corrupt.

    If possible, My suggested action is to saved your account to Google Play Games If you're device is supported Google Play Services, try to log in with your existing Gmail account for you to sync your progress. (Note: If you're account has been synced a progress with an different ID's, then there were gonna happen a saved game conflict. Make sure to pick your progress that you still want to continue. Otherwise, If you've picked a wrong one, your progress will be gonna overwritten. Remember, you can have only one ID per Account. You must also have your Player's ID with you just in case of problems.)

    I don't know what is the process for the devices that aren't supported Google Play Services because I don't want you gonna lose your progress just because of my wrong actions. But I hope that this may gonna help a little bit for you.
