How to get bqck my old account profile.

I had maxed out coins, gems, and I bought all the plants. When the upgrade system came out my account was reset. Do I have to start over.

@MAGICDAVESHROOM The OP said he has youtube videos. Maybe those could be used as proof.

@theMLGMassacre Could you post the links to the videos with your "maxed out" gems?

No links immediately as im on mobile but if you search YouTube for this search exactly itll bring you to my videos.

It's not us you need to tell, you need to tap HELP at the bottom of the page and contact EA HELP CENTER directly,
This is a players forum and EA uses us as unpaid support staff so they quit bugging EA HELP with complaints.
EA HELP CENTER are the people you should be talking to so i suggest you dig out your links, take a few screenshots supporting your case and copy and paste those links to your complaint as i suggested.

  @MAGICDAVESHROOM Yeh, thats the first thing I tried. Funny enough after going through the same options to report 4 times this is where it brings me... oh well. Lesson learned I guess. Still love the game.

    Those naughty scamps have an annoying habit of throwing complaints onto the forum, probably to avoid doing what they're paid for.
    Missing content report is still yourbest option, anything out of the ordinary might have to be reported a few times a few times in my experience but you have to be persistent.
