i have been locked out of my game for over two weeks now.
I tried the reset, which unfortunately made me play the ridiculous tutorial, then finally came to the part which I was able to give my profile name and my game popped up. Unfortunately, the ID profiles were no way even near mine at all and didn't have the option to state so. Either I clicked one of them that settled for me forfeited my 2,000 gems and other items I had worked for over the years I have owned my game, which has been since it around it est came out, or try and recover it. This has been a nightmare. I have sent multiple requests for help through the mobile help site to no avail. Here's my ID number B69A9648-F208-4312-A766-5E94B2C06CD9 Please advise on what I can do. I hate losing my Jade league, as I was generally always in the top 1 or 2. I've lost a lot of points and awards in getting my plants. BTW. I've sent multiple requests for help via my mobile device without success since being down. I'm not sure what has happened, but I'd hate to have this happen to someone else as this has been a nightmare for someone else, esp. someone like me, who has mobility issues and cannot get around and this is literally the highlight of the day.
