I logged in and ALL of my progress is GONE
I’ve been playing PvZ2 for YEARS. Everything is gone-why?? What can I do?????

If you have registered your email address with PVZ2 and received some free gems before, you can try the quick option on recovering your account by doing the email registration again.
If you have not registered your email before, then I hope you know (or have a screenshot of) your original player ID as you will need to provide this information to the help center advisor so he/she can help to recover your progress. Please click the Help Center link at the bottom of this page and search for PVZ2 for further information.
@eieio_31310 Unfortunately it looks like they aren’t taking new cases as there is no way to submit. It just keeps putting me back here. Sigh. I think it’s all gone 😭😭😭
Who else is having this issue? I've wasted hundreds of dollars on this game over several years and its all gone. Is there a class action suit that can be filed?
That’s the other thing-I put money into this game!!
