    Hi thank you for the advice. I opened two cases previously and cases were closed with no support rendered at all. I opened a new case yesterday with good faith that you got your issue resolved via this channel. And wow I got my issue resolved finally. Support agent, Akshay, helped and resolved this issue on the spot. So I’m able to access my profile again with all the progress intact. Amazing. Thank you once again!

I contacted EA help when this happened to me. I sent screenshots of the ea account number and device number of before my progress got deleted and after. After about 2 weeks I got my progress back.

    I replied back to them in my email and they continued my case and fixed the issue

        You have to go on the EA help website first,

        ( https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/ )

        go to pvz2, and open a case about your lost progress (send screenshots of your account and device number before and after the data loss . When someone contacts you in your emails about it, reply so they know its still a problem after a while, if all goes well, they will give you another email saying they got your account back. Only thing that doesn’t come back are which plants you’ve favorited, everything else will be there.
