I lost 10 years plus worth of progress after changing my phone

Hello, three days ago I changed my phone from iPhone 14 Pro to 16 Pro. After finishing the configuration of the new phone through mirroring, everything looks okay. PvZ2 was installed but when I opened the app, it asked me to create new profile. I reported this issues twice and two cases were opened and closed by the system without offering any solutions. Anyone else in the same situation as me but managed to resolve it? I’m totally heartbroken.

    Hi thank you for the advice. I opened two cases previously and cases were closed with no support rendered at all. I opened a new case yesterday with good faith that you got your issue resolved via this channel. And wow I got my issue resolved finally. Support agent, Akshay, helped and resolved this issue on the spot. So I’m able to access my profile again with all the progress intact. Amazing. Thank you once again!

  • Same things happened to me, and had 2 cases opened which have both been closed with no fix or communication at all.  Seem to be getting no help and its happened to lot's of users.
