I lost my profile, progress and purchases 3 days ago. I contacted Help and was given the same "server outage" message. Has anyone here had this fixed yet? Wondering how long this can take or is all lost forever. No way I'm starting over, I've played for years and was #3 in the Jade league of Arena when it crashed.
I reported my missing content. I was asked for my player ID but was told that EA couldn't find any progress associated with that ID. I was offered 250K coins, 600 gems, and 25 "tickets" to compensate me for my lost progress. So I don't think that EA will be able to help me recover from the server outage. Has anyone been able to get their progress restored?

EA HELP need your original player id, not the one currently associated with the new profile you currently have.
If you registered your email with EA for gems you could try tapping the cloud then the force sync buttons on the loading screen.

I DID give EA my original player ID. And I DID force sync as instructed because I registered my email. The one who handled my case said that he still couldn't restore my progress and offered me the tiny compensation, which he said was the maximum that EA was willing to give. I thought registering my email and verifying it was foolproof?

If you have your original player id that is associated with the profile you want to restore then EA should be able to recover the data from their backups, i suggest you keep on at them until they do restore your profile.
