I lost my profile, progress and purchases 3 days ago. I contacted Help and was given the same "server outage" message. Has anyone here had this fixed yet? Wondering how long this can take or is all lost forever. No way I'm starting over, I've played for years and was #3 in the Jade league of Arena when it crashed.
I felt like I was only one until I read all these messages about losing all my plants that I paid for and progress from many years of playing. I am very disappointed also as I took was up to Jade and number 3 into game. I guess we just wait and see and keep on plsying...

It happened with me also. I am really do not understand how it can be? the same compensation 25 tickets, gems and ect. It is the shame for a such big company....
My original ID has no progress after many years and all my plants are lost .
