I lost my account
I usually play game using Game Center, but when I login EA account, my account get lost. I uninstall and reinstall ,my Game Center data also lost, so why?

If you do a search on this forum, you would have noticed the recent updates seemed to have a deadly bug which causes iOS users to have their account (game progress) reset.
As a player, your options to get your progress back are:
1) If you have registered your email address with the PVZ2 App before the account got reset, you can try to recover your account by re-installation and go through the email register again using the same email address.
2) If the above method failed or you have not done the email registered before the account was reset, you will need to know your original player ID to seek helps from the Help Center advisors. The advisors can be reached by following the Help Center link at the bottom of this page.
3) It is possible that the game has assigned a new account with a new player ID to your email address, if this were the case, you will need to have an old iTune backup and restore the old PVZ2 App to your iOS device to obtain the original player ID in the iOS system Settings. Settings > PvZ2 > PLAYER INFO (the player ID is spreading over 5 lines in this section)
