I lost my gold bloom on my account, please help
So I wanted to have a reset on pvz 2 so I deleted my profile on it and made a new one, I had the gold bloom on my old one so I should have it on the new one, but I didn’t

Did you uninstall then reinstall the game or just delete your profile (some players have more than one)?
Deleted profile
If you deleted your profile then you are telling EA that you don't want the plants and progress in that profile.
You could try tapping EA HELP CENTER and telling them that you deleted a profile by mistake and ask them to recover it for you but their service hasn't been very good lately, probably due to the ongoing crisis and you will have to provide them with your player id number from game settings/ build version.
