i lost my progress account, and missing ID

i have pvz2 account (with googleplay), and i already completed it, and then i accidentally deleted my data on my phone, and googleplay already saved it when my progress is lost, i already contacted ...

@zooti12 you say you still remember your OLD player id number, which is the one you need.
The old player id number is the one associated with your missing account, if you don't have that number then EA can't/won't restore your account.

It's really good you still have your old player id number because when all else fails you can tap HELP at the bottom of this page and make out a missing content report and they can restore your account from their backups.

It might take a couple of days though.

If you had registered with EA's email registration scheme then you could probably get your account back by yourself in a few minutes.
