i lost my progress but no my achievement. what happened? help please:"

I almost finished this game, then I did not play it for some time. when I inwtal again and login g +, my data is not returned, but its achievements still exist. Please help. thank youT___T

Uninstall the game, and reinstall the game. After reinstalled, press g+ to log in and get my data.

I also lost my progress yesterday. My game was aborted because my tablet was shut down due to low power. After I charged it back to power on, the game could not remember my progress any more. But the achievement was still in my profile.
I tried to log out and log back into my gmail account. It did not fix it.
I tried uninstalled and installed the game again. It did not fix it.
Could someone help to fix it?

Where can i find the g+ icon or button? As far as i know we have that icon last time but now it was removed. I try to explore the setting, leaderboard n achievement but still cant find the option. I manage to log out n relogin again but still cant get back to my original progress. Start over is not welcomed
