A few days ago, I lost my progress on my PVZ2 account and I don’t know how to recover it, I tried the email registration but there wasn’t any option with my progress, I have my Player ID tho. Please help me recover my progress I don’t know what to do

It will open a webpage where you can open a case .
Choose missing content and include your player ID .
EA will communicate via email.
Be patient it may take a few days.
I don’t see the option for missing content or Player ID. There were only the options for previous problems others had, I looked through most of the options but the option “I need help restoring my progress in my game” doesn’t help.
The dropdown list under missing content doesn’t include any suitable option for my problem.

Your player ID can be found under download preferences

That option leads me here and that’s it. There is nothing more to it.
There is an option to email them, try the 'i need help recovering my mobile game' option then at the bottom you can email them.
Ok I have sent an email to them.
I hope they get back to me with a solution.
