I lost my progress
I am unable to retrieve my PVZ2 progress. Perhaps it's because I switched to a new phone, After I logging into my Google account, my latest downloaded game does not display the original progress. How can I restore it?
The Google account is '[edit: email address removed]'，I`m sorry I don`t remember my user id. But my account still retains the game achievements I obtained at that time.

The #2 post in this thread has my detailed instructions for recovering a lost account.
But for the email registration scheme recovery to work, you should have signed up for it before the game crashed.
It normally takes a few minutes to do and EA should send you a unique code to your email address that will restore your account from the backup servers.
The other option is to go through EA HELP CENTER
https://help.ea.com/en/ and contact them directly.
But you must be able to provide them with the correct player id number associated with your missing account.
Once your game restarts from the beginning, a new player id number is issued so i hope you kept it safe somewhere.
