I lost my pvz2 progress

I lost my account progress, at first my phone suddenly shutted off and then I opened it again, but it got logged out, and I tried to relogin but it can't revive my data, so I uninstall and reinstall it but when I tried to relogin it didn't save my old progress.

  • Nevermind, I've just got my progress back by contacting EA help

    How do i contact the EA HELP CENTER exactly? Please elaborate, is it via email or something?

    But i don't see a "contact us" button bruh its been about 2 weeks and if only i contacted EA, i would've probably get my account sooner. As i already said, i have my player ID. I just need to send it to EA and EA should fix the issue but it looks like i cant because i don't see any way of contacting EA without the "contact us" button. I also already emailed EA a few weeks ago and send them my player id as the attactment of the email but it seems like it doesn't do anything.

    If you go to the 'i need help recovering my mobile game' option then there should be a livechat option, i have just checked and there is a 4 minute wait for an advisor.

    I an in the UK.🇬🇧

    You might have to log in.
