I met a CHEATER in the Arena

I'm playing in the Arena with acceleration (Button >>).
I have a win and get 5 points per strike.
At the same time, my opponent has 10 points per strike (sometimes 6 if he loses).

I made a video recording of our confrontation (44 minutes).

Start video:
My points: 1595

Opponent Points: 1529

Finish video:
My points: 1670
Opponent Points: 1657

I played 15 strikes (1595 + 15*5 = 1670). For 44 minutes. It's 44/15 ≈ 3 minutes/strike.
My opponent played 28 strikes in the same amount of time (1529 + 25*5 + 3*1 = ). That's 44/28 ≈ 1.6 minutes/strike.

How is this possible? Is my opponent playing on two devices at the same time?
Is such a situation acceptable?

It sounds like two people are playing using the same account.

Pvz2 allows players to install and run the same account on multiple devices, even mixing android and apple devices.

This is in case you might also have a tablet as well as a phone.

It's not acceptable, but EA won't do anything since there was a dev on reddit that left, she would take the details and get them to play in a special 'chEAters league' where i assume that they can chEAt EAch other as much as they like.
