I watch ads to get free gems, coins, gauntlets, and energy. However, after the resent update, the ads stopped working. I no longer get rewards for watching ads.
I would really appreciate it if this bug is fixed ASAP.
Reinstalling didn’t work.
I meant just turning your phone off and on again.
I rebooted my phone and I watched two ads. One of them I got a reward from. The other one I didn’t.
I have had a few of these ads as well.
I think the forced ads, the ones which appear when you change between user profile or menus and there is no rewards, were meant to be a short (5 seconds) ads or if your were dropped with a 30 seconds ads, you have an option to skip after 5 seconds. What the new update has been doing is that it allows the new ads to rob 5 extra seconds (double show time) from us and possibly EA as well, by giving us players a 30 seconds ads, after 5 seconds, it still give us an option to skip like before but instead of closing the ads it started another 5 seconds count down, and some ads has been trying to open my App store some succeed but some actually crashed the App to a black screen and requiring re-starting of the PVZ2 App.
Maybe I should start a new thread where we all can post detailed information of these deceitful ads.
I just opened the store for the big pig account. There, big as day, is Snap Pea and a banner saying, " Watch this spot for an ad for Snap pea packets. I got tired of watching. Maybe it will go away.
Just thought this was delicious irony.

I am experiencing the same thing - the issue just started yesterday and it appears that the guilty culprit is Vungle. The other ad providers don’t have this problem. EA please check! Even waiting until the end results in no rewards.
The main ads that aren’t giving me rewards are State of Survival and Royal Match. They used to before the recent update.
Mine is of Homescape. Ad provider is Vungle.
