Identity Conflict - progress lost

Hey @gnicolas06 , have you tried using a different way to play online, such as WiFi if you're using mobile data or vice versa?

Hi yes, I tried using mobile data and still getting the same error.  

And I can still play PVZ3 with the same internet connection
