Identity Selection Download Failed

Try reinstalling.

Tried that on all my devices, get the same thing.

The only other thing i can suggest is contact EA HELP.

They have another backup on their servers.

Could not save to game server and couldn't load game data from server also.

@SoulSeekerUSA   You may want to request them to give you a new ID as well since this has been posted on the open.

I have one device that I am able to play as normal but that is because I am already logged in on it.  But when I reinstall on any other device I get the download failed.

Yeah, not worried about that, no one knows my pw or anything else.

This sounds like a job for (dramatic music).

Players on reddit are also having similar problems so it's probably a server error.

Hmm, I guess this maybe geographic location related, it is possible one of the server is down.  Suggest you all report this help center and give them your location. I am going to take a on sub Reddit and see if someone else have reported similar problem.

I can also not Force Sync accounts as it says no Internet Connection or server down and try again later !
