Impossible to retrieve my data on plant vs zombie 2 game on android phone

Hi,  I recently reinstalled plant vs zombie 2 and I was previously connected to my Google play account. Now when I reinstalled the game I can still see my achievements and all objectives that I ear...

I'm having the same problem.
And also I couldn't find any icons linking accounts on the main menu. I also don't see any cloud icons linking the accounts you mentioned. I take a screenshot and post it.

@K-RABBIT530   The cloud button for accessing the email register option is only available for adults, may I ask what age has you entered when you install the App?

    I have the same problem and I don't know how to solve it, 
    I had over 10,200 diamonds and 200,000 coins, for 2 days I don't have anything
